I just wanted to say thank you. My hubby contacted you yesterday December 26th about our water heater needing replaced, and that Wednesdays are best for us since it’s or normal day off. We had no idea that you guys would show up the next day which left my hubby scurrying to get the basement ready for you. My husband met the guys and said you did an amazing job. You were very professional and fast had it done in about 1 hr. Our water heater was leaking more and more water and not being professionals we were scared it may blow. Even though my hubby said it wasn’t an emergency, however you treated it like it was and now we can relax and enjoy our hot water again. Thank you so much for everything!

My in-laws were “over the moon” with the service they received today on the replacement of their garbage disposal. When Cindy mentioned that you were booked up until the 19th, we were not sure when someone might get out there. (I was thinking I might have to go over this weekend to keep peace in the family, haha) My in-laws received excellent service from the gentleman who came out. He was very kind and helpful, got the new, larger size disposal to fit (had to enlarge the hole in a panel) AND he also solved a problem with my mother-in-law’s sink sprayer. They could not say enough good things: your company got four thumbs up from them.
